Glucosamine HCl helps to repair your joints, as it is a building block
from which the body makes cartilage, collagen and other components of
connective tissue.
Glucosamine: an amino sugar
that is one of the building blocks of tendons, ligaments, and other
connective tissue. Glucosamine promotes healthy joint function, as it
is instrumental in the formation of cartilage, the dense, flexible
material that cushions joints. When cartilage deteriorates or is
damaged, our joints become stiff and start to swell. Movement becomes
progressively more difficult and can lead to further degeneration.
Glucosamine protects the cartilage from wearout, thereby relieving

Chondroitin: a

Synovial fluid
Hyaluronic Acid (HA): HA is known to be a major
component of synovial fluid, the lubricating substance between joints,
and an important component of cartilage. HA is believed to improve the
viscosity of the joint fluid, thereby lubricating and cushioning the
joint, and producing an analgesic effect.

fact that omega-3 oils help reduce inflammation, and in this way, helps
to relieve joint pain.
